"One of the best pizza I ever had. It's not New York style. It is Artisan pizza."

"We liked the food - can't say no to Sorrento's pizza !! Small is big and delicious, even more because they can do half-half!! Small is enough for 2 ! Sorrento's salad is still very good with these mozzarella balls stuffed with tomatoes. We will come back !"

"It's our first time here. The Place is nice and clean, the pizza is very delicious, the Staff is nice. You can choose a topping that makes your pizza special. We will come back several times. (My Pizza: ricotta, mushroom, onion)"

"First, the location is two blocks from the beautiful beach—several tables inside and out. With live music, and on Sunday, we had the opportunity to see "Lulu Michaels," whose voice and guitar playing were fabulous! They made our experience even better! Sorrento's is small but bursting with energy and personality. Inside you will see the team working to accommodate the takeaways with in-house spenders. The order process is counter-only, but they will bring your goodies to your table along with plates and plastic ware. The owner, Anthony, is so graceful, with a smile from ear to ear, and so proud of what he is doing; he gave us a quick tour of his enterprise which includes an expansion and his coffee/bakery two doors down. His staff follow his lead and makes you feel special and so welcome. Our trip was for the pizza, and it did not disappoint! Our starter was a cucumber, tomato, and avocado salad, which knocked our socks off. So creaming and tasty, I keep asking for more. We ordered the small pizza, which was large enough for 4. The crust is so crisp but delicate, and the undercarriage aint a bit overdone. We oped for mozzarella, ricotta, onion, and mushroom. One slice is all it took; everyone knows the rules to designate this as one of the best pizzas ever. Dropping Totonno's in CI to number 2 and Pizzeria Leo outside of Playa Del Carmen to number 3. It took us several years to get back to Long Beach to try Sorrento because, the first time, they ran out of dough. But the experience was a 10! Thank you, Anthony and team!"
