"Today I waited 20 minutes at my order. (Strawberry Crème Frappuccino) and did not get it. The cashier said in advance that it would take like 5-7 minutes. I did not get my order or my refund, cashier acted like I am invisible! Great service for being a customer during 10 years on this location!"
"Not busy at all with plenty of staff but they are unorganized and grumpy. I mostly use mobile order and pick up at the store. Most of the time I got my order quickly. I ordered 2 drinks but only came 1 plus the lid didn't close all the way. When I ask the staff to replace it because I need to carry both of them if the lids isn't closed the drink will spread out. I also purchased a bag and I waited so long for them to give it to me. I don't know what happened to them."
