"If you want to get straight up robbed come here. I’ve had a slow leak in my tire for weeks so I decided to come here to get it patched. Guy removed the tire and took it to the back then came back and told me my tires is no good then says that he can put on a used one for $50. I tell him no I’m good if you can just top it off with air. Charged me $10 to top it off with air…. Anyways I drive back home and by the time I get out my car, my tire is literally sitting on the rim. This guy poke a hole in my tire close to the sidewall so I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed so he can sell me a tire. This place is full of crooks."

"scratched my newly painted rims, and claim it wasn’t them, then their tires are garbage, literally just don’t go here, even if it’s an emergency, they’re a bunch of cons. If there was a way to not rate them at all I would because even 1 star us too good for their poor service."

"Worst experience ever at a tire shop. Bunch of crooks. Bought 2 used tires from them and the next morning it was flat. Had to change the tire and the next day went there to exchange the tire. They tell me the tire is not guaranteed. Then they said they would sell me another one for 50% off. The. They said 15.00. So they sell me a tire that went flat the next morning and they need to rip me off for money. What a bunch of crooks. When I asked the worker where the boss is he said he will be in in an hour. When I insisted on getting my money back they refused and after yelling at them one of the workers gave me back my money. I HATE BEING RIPPED OFF even if it’s 15.00. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AMD HORRIBLE POLICY. DONT GO TO JL TIRE SHOP. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM."
