The lodging space at Epperly Mill features a spacious 1200 square feet master bedroom with a Kingsize bed, a lounge area overlooking Dodd Creek, a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining room, and two additional bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people. Guests can also rent both suites for larger parties, providing extra space and privacy.

"WOW, I am so impressed by Adam and Marcy for pulling off such an incredible event last night. They killed it, amazing, professional, classy and in the face of adversity which included one heck of a thunderstorm. Adam is an amazing musician who rocked out on stage with a Ray Wiley Hubbard and nailed back up vocals and harmonica. Marcy and Adam are the owners and curators of Epperly Mill and I wish them years of success. If you haven’t been to one of their events you are missing out. "Went to the grand opening music performance on 5-23-21. The place was fantastic. Such friendly people and a beautiful place. It was like walking out and sitting in my back yard beside the creek and listening to a great live performance. Small and intimate. If you enjoy live music and someone you want to see is ever performing there, you better go because you will be missing out if you don’t."
