"Thanks! My rebuilt rear end on my E55 is perfectly performing. KM fixed what others couldn't at a fraction less than a brand new part. Thank you."
"Great last minute service got taken care of quickly. They do both trucking and high horsepower / turbo car applications as well. Owner Sal took care of me and customer service was great. Highly recommended."
"Went over there to have my vehicle serviced and wasn’t able to be seen today. Claimed that they were overbooked and didn’t even bother to call me about any changes. Took a day off for no reason when I could had just avoided all the hassle. Waited 10 days for an appointment now they want me to wait another 18 days for the next appointment. Not happening, they can keep that I’ll go somewhere else. Main issue is lack of communication with them. Step it up next time"
"What I really love about this place is yeah they'll fix it. But they'll also tell you if you'll be back in 3mon. We had an axle issue and was informed it could cost us 750 to replace the whole thing, or 350 to replace 1 part now, however; it'll be an issue again in 3months that could cost up to another 900. We chose to replace for I think- we got a final quote of 650, cause they didnt have to order a new one and had one on hand (the bar for the axle). $1250 vs $650. You do the math. Cant even say they conned us cause we SAW the issue they were talking about. If you want an honest fix where they care about their work & how they do their job. Go to KM driveline. We have a "usual" mechanic who also quoted us the same price, didnt have the part; and HE told us to go here. Take that for how you will. I love my mechanic, so I know he was tryna give me the best here. They're honest about how long your work will take as well."
"PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PERSONAL CAR PARTS TO THIS PLACE, seems like they specialize in commercial jobs and that is what they need to stick to doing. So i was given the recommendation to take my differential to this shop so it can be rebuilt, biggest mistake ever. I had ordered a new LSD from Japan that i paid $1700 for and waited a month for it to arrive then i ordered a full differential rebuilt kit from Toyota that cost me slightly less then $500 for all the parts. They have horrible hours Mon-Fri 7-5 so i had to take off of work to go deal with them, Called in advance to make sure if i come early in the morning it can be done same day. When i arrive there I told them i want this differential to drive like new, fully rebuilt with the new LSD, they told me it will come out to $395.00 i said no problem and gave them all the parts i had. (This is at 8:39am they opened at 7am) There was a old Caucasian man at the front desk, He told me i was missing a gasket from the rebuild kit and it might not be completed today, i explained to him i have been planning this for the passed 2 weeks i took the day off of work please try your best to make it happen. I told him I will run all the way back home and look for the missing piece and be back before the job is completed. I arrive back to the shop and drop off the toyota parts at the front desk showed them my little order ticket and made it very clear these are the missing pieces i told them i will go home and collect, the employee took the parts and let me know they have not started on my differential yet. They said there are a few jobs ahead of me. I said please let me know as soon as it is ready this has cost me a lot of my money do not want to have to take off another day of work just to drive back here and pick it up. I leave and head home and then i get a call around 4pm saying that it is ready and if i can make it back before closing i can collect it today. Then i have my differential in my possession which from my knowledge is fully rebuilt with a brand new LSD. Couple months pass and the shop building my car is finally ready to install it, they take the car for a couple test runs and show me the LSD is making a clicking sound then they open up the differential and tell me something is wrong take it back to K M Driveline. After they diagnose it they tell me reason it is making the noises is because the differential is no good and needs a full rebuild. And I just cant believe how is that even possible then i find out it was never rebuilt it they only installed the LSD knowing that the differential is no good and never used the rebuild kit that i dropped off at there shop. My toyota original rebuild kit is probably sitting on a shelf hidden in that mess of a shop and never was used on my differential. NOW i am out the $500 for the rebuild kit and $400 installation and the $65 i paid them just to tell me that my differential needs to be rebuilt which i paid them to do a few months back. I have to go and re order the rebuilt and find a more REPUTABLE more PROFESSIONAL shop to get this entire job redone. Attached: 1 - picture of my differential, drop shipped from japan 2 - all the toyota factory parts included in the rebuild kit 3 - small order receipt slip they give customers when you drop off your parts 4 - picture of my receipt of $395 that i paid them for this job"
