Reviews
"The intended optimizations at Sweet Leaf coffee LaGuardia terminal B have unfortunately resulted in a terrible and less than satisfactory customer experience. The shop has entirely eliminated personal interaction, replacing it with self-ordering terminals that are inefficient and slow. In fact, the ordering process takes about three times longer than at a typical New York coffee shop. This setup is completely ridiculous. Here's my advice: revert to the traditional way a coffee shop should work and don’t try to reinvent something that doesn’t need reinvention.stop trying to mimic McDonald's. Your approach simply isn't working."
"Well, once again I probably should have checked the reviews prior to coming here for an early breakfast. The service was alright, gentleman working and one of the ladies were somewhat nice. However they refused to take orders, just sat at the front, having everyone use the kiosks. The biggest problem was the food. I attached photos and a video. The coffee had not been made properly, and had coffee grounds in it. Honestly not too big a deal but my goodness, even with a lot of cream and sugar it was so bitter I couldn't finish. Way too much coffee grounds with too little water is my guess. The sandwich was okay, very VERY crunchy but the flavors inside were nice. The hugest problem that really frustrated me was the muffin. It was rock solid. Seriously. I attached a video of just how bad it was. I couldn't even try it. Clearly it had been put in a microwave and left there for an incredibly long time. And the worst part is I paid a ridiculous 35 dollars for this. I hope others can see my review and avoid the same disappointment. I just threw 35 dollars in the trash."
"We loved the treatment by the employees. They couldn’t do enough. They heated or blueberry muffin, and while we were waiting, they gave the employee of the month award to a young guy who works there. They radiate friendliness and goodness. By the way, the coffee was delicious."
"Don’t order here. Extremely slow service The chicken sausage eggs and cheese bowl was soupy with loads of spinach It’s more like spinach soup I want a refund. Horrible"
