"At first i was there to talk about the customer service and gym and How great they were !!, but after wait two weeks to log into my CC and find out i was charge three times wrongly on top of I walk in my room and can hear every conversation from each person on the side of me, my room was not cleaned ! I remember cleaning hotels in college, attention to detail is key! They didn’t replace coffee cups, i had old coffee in my paper cups, the area around toilet needs to be cleaned! The shower floor needs to be cleaned !!! Now to the regular eye, the surface, it looks fine! But there is too many viruses, bugs and diseases going on to not fully clean !! The fact that i didn’t get offered a discount is bananas. And the manager is not here on weekends. I’m not pleased !!!!"

"I had an issue with the room phone message constantly blinking during my stay (November 27-30). I informed the front desk person and requested a new phone, which was never provided. I was very disappointed because this caused me to have a tough time sleeping during my stay."

"This was by far the WORST hotel experience I have ever had. I checked in on 11/22 and got moved to three different rooms due to the lack of cleanliness and general upkeep with the maintenance. Shoutout to the first front desk representative I dealt with Sonya (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong) because she went above and beyond her job to walk me around to look at my different room options. The next day I was told I could be moved to a sister property but they had to get management approval. Management never got back with me and because I prepaid for the 4 nights I was stuck. I do NOT recommend anyone staying here, most of the 2 Queen bed suites were not up to standard at all."

"My wife and I stayed here before the pool was nice and warm, friendly service. The only problem, the Internet, other than that everything else was a plus. You can connect your phone, but any other devices you had to use a hotspot we never experienced that before but that’s the only problem. Breakfast was good. Service was good everything was clean in our room the hotel was clean."

"This place is nestled quietly behind the airport and just minutes away from the bustling downtown area. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean. The overall feel of the rooms and the hotel itself is very modern and very refreshing. The professionalism and kindness of the staff are unparalleled. Highly recommended for all vacationers and business folk alike!"
