"Would give a zero if possible. Wrecked our yukon over night Thursday refused to release the vehicle that night. Called the next morning made us wait until TUESDAY to get it. We live out of state and they would not let us pay with a card even though we were using aaa to bring to back to our state. Insisted cash or zelle ONLY. Took HOURS to release our car even though we gave them all the info they asked for. Office women were beyond disrespectful. Driver damaged the undercarriage when vehicle fell off the wheel lift while trying to drag a 4wheel drive vehicle while it was in park. Left our key turned on killing our battery. Absolutely horrendous company. Beyond unprofessional. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM!!!!"

"These mfxxckers are greedy. They do no business but towing. They use abusive words if you hesitate to pay for the towing. They scan your license and credit card, which my lawyer told me is an illegal violation of privacy, so they steal your card info and make fraud transactions. I used my GoPro recording the whole process and my lawyer just filed a case. I cannot wait to see how much these stupid have to pay!"
