"This is one of the largest Japanese stores I have ever visited. It offers a wide range of things to explore, including various foods, games, toys, and other products from Japan. It is highly convenient for those who do not wish to travel to Japan, as you can find most of their products and snacks here."
"I came here for New Year's, and it was a fun activity to do. On the first floor, there were many food options to choose from and experience the delicates of Japanese cuisine. A sake bar was in the middle of the plan and completed with a grocery store and an onigiri and bento box station. There was a microwave to the side for customers to heat food. The 2nd floor had arcade games, a reading station for children, and comic, beauty, and ceramics stores. There is a dessert station there as well. The overall price for the quality and quantity of food given is reasonable. In total, I spend about $70, which includes a meal, onigiri, dessert, and groceries."
"Very nice buildings and atmosphere overall. Was there for their new year event. Supermarkets on the first floor are decent. you can buy all kinds of Japanese food and sauce there. Food options are reasonable. On the second floor you can find a bunch of toys from animation which was a huge surprise for me!"

The welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail in showcasing Japanese culture make Japan Village a standout destination. It's not just a marketplace; it's a cultural experience that allows visitors to savor the true essence of Japan without leaving Brooklyn. In summary, Japan Village is a must-visit in Brooklyn for those seeking an authentic taste of Japan. It's a culinary and cultural gem that adds a unique and enriching dimension to Brooklyn's vibrant food scene."
"Cute but it's not really a village more like two floors in a building. I didn't get to try the food downstairs but it all looked really great and surprisingly the grocery didn't have a fishy smell at all! There were more stores upstairs with lots of cool Japanese games, toys, books and also vending machines. Many of the places were closed when I went there but I was there later in the day. They had a Daiso as well that had so much cute affordable stuff. Definitely a nice place to wander around. Would be nice if the grocery store were EBT friendly, but it still had such a fantastic selection of far away and ultra cute things. Definitely a fun place to check out and wander with a friend or a date ."
