"I recently had my suit altered here and I could not be happier with the results. The tailor was experienced and very professional. I had my suit back in less than a week(this was during prom season). It had the perfect slim fit I was looking for. However, the tailor did taper my pants a little too much but when I brought it back, they altered it free of charge. Keep in mind that the alterations were very affordable. The staff were also great. All three staff that I’ve been helped by were accommodating and friendly. I ended up returning my original dress shirt for one of the dress shirts they were selling which was higher quality and equally affordable. I read some of the reviews here complaining about an unfriendly service but I could not disagree more. I was in the shop today and noticed some teenagers who were making a fuss over not being able to read the details on the suit deal Quails was offering. If you treat the staff kindly, they will reciprocate. It is basic mannerisms. I came here to had my suit altered for prom and the customer service was great! 5/5 would come back again for more alterations."
