"If you care about your health don’t come here. I went for fillers and threads. Sloppy work. Secured an appointment fairly quickly. Honestly, what went wrong was NO AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS. I had to look it up because unlike what the “the doctor who was once an ER doctor” and his SIDE KICK wife Shelia said “you can resume your daily activities “ was a BOLD LIE! I called and left numerous messages both by texts and voicemails. I expected to feel some pain but I was not able to touch my face, had to sleep on my back and severe bruising for 10 days! I called and called and called but NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. 10 calls and no one called me back!!! So for those of you who are considering this business DON’T. Find another business that cares about their patients and returns calls considering they do medical treatments. For your health and to get a professional treatments with great results walk away from this place. They simply are a dangerous business who ignores you after payment cleared."

"This is a very difficult review to share, in part due to the personal nature, and in part because I don't want to negatively influence anyone's business. I don't hold any ill will towards anyone for what happened to me, but I think it is important to share my experience. I had been coming to Face Forward for over a year and had a number of satisfactory services, but only recently had a very scary experience, when the Radiesse injections intended to plump up my cheeks were instead injected into my sinus cavity where they caused vascular occlusion, some tissue necrosis, inflammation, infection, and scarring. Radiesse is irreversible, meaning if it's put in the wrong place, you cannot remove it (as you can hyaluronic acid based fillers). Since receiving these injections three weeks ago, I have had to seek help from numerous medical professionals (cosmetic surgeons, physical therapy nurses and neurologists) to try to mitigate the damage caused, including hyperbaric oxygen treatments to help reduce inflammation and infection and promote healing, red light therapy and cold-laser treatment, and special CO2-lift masks to further aid in keeping inflammation at bay. It has been a nightmare. If you are considering even "minimally-invasive" cosmetic procedures (which Radiesse should be, ideally), please do yourself a favor and research board-certified cosmetic dermatologists or cosmetic surgeons. As I have learned the hard way, it is traumatic to be on the receiving end of improperly administered injections and/or inadequate protocols in the event of a complication. I hope this helps."
