"The room towels were dirty, no wash clothes, there were holes in the wall and the TV didn’t work. I recommend it for a quickie! Not any longer."

"They kicked me outside for no reason. I got my money back from my bank. This place is called the Royal Inn. They told me I couldn't have any guess. I did meet someone and let them I'm my room. They were watching me on camera and call the police. I didn't do anything wrong. Funny cuz the police let me go they seem to think the same thing."

This place is cakked Royal I'm now butnita still the same dump with the same rude ass employees that assume the worst of all guests staying there. Whatever happened to the normal idea of hospitality since.it seems.to have skipped this place completely. I do not reccommend staying here."

"The staff was ratchet, the non smoking room didn’t smell any differently from a smoking room, there were no towels-not a single one, bring your own toilet paper because that’s not provided either, and unlike every single other hotel this one apparently you have to request them to clean your room. What really got me was the roaches, and when I went to the front desk to get my money back she only gave me the money for the next night back not the money I wasted that night. I will NEVER stay here again and I will go out of my way to prevent anyone I know from staying there. Highly do not recommend!!!!!!"

"This hotel is located in one of Charlotte's most dangerous areas. A notorious gang operates in this vicinity and the people staying at this hotel are very sketchy. A man was sitting in his car smoking weed and staring at me as I walked by. A good friend of mine later told me the majority of Charlotte's drug deals go down here. My fiance noticed a bullet hole in the wall of our room next to the bed. In the corner of the room sat a filthy chair with its upholstery torn to shreds. There were stains on the shower curtain and no complimentary shampoo and conditioner. I have stayed in terrible hotels before but this just might have topped them all. DO NOT STAY HERE if you want to live."
