"We have hired them a couple times- the first of which they did a great job. Most recently however, we called them out to fix a leaky sprinkler head- but it was still leaking the day after they came. So we called them out again but it took them a couple weeks to come back- so we attempted to put a cover on the piece so that it wouldn’t keep leaking. When they came back the second time they blamed the problem on us and also broke the connection to the control panel. We paid the first bill (close to $300) and they sent us another $290 bill for the second visit (even though it was to fix the original problem and they created a new problem). We called them and they refused to dismiss the second bill- we eventually settled to pay half. So now we have a broken connection to the control panel and had to pay them twice to fix the original problem. STAY AWAY!!!!!! They will charge you double and break more things than they fix!"
