I don't get this at my bank where I've been a customer for over 20 years. Went on to conduct my business and left feeling very well assisted and taken care of. I'm going to be changing banks .."

It seems kind of ridiculous considering they're not a credit union and federally insured bank. Peoples Bank down the street is much nicer and no silly rules."
