"These dudes charged me a over $350 to swap out my headlights and taillights. Mind you, that was for the labor alone. I came in with my own parts. Also, the dude that swapped them out forgot to put my LED lights in the new lamps. When I asked for him to complete the job, he stated that he was “tied up” with another project and asked me to come back the following day. Long story short, I’m never going back."

"As you can see from other reviewers, this place is an utter travesty. PEP Boys corporate should be alerted about the utter thieves at this place. They will try to RIP you off at every cost. Who ever is the owner of this establishment should be completely ashamed of themselves."

"I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is literally pep boys NOT A ACTUAL DIFFERENT SHOP. THEY OVERCHARGE FOR CHEAP CHEAP BRAKES AND ROTORS. After installment they felt better but something did not feel right and then after a few days whenever I would break all of a sudden the rotors would start to shake again. They didn’t even last 3 weeks after brand new installment. I took it to my usual shop (which I should have done from the beginning) and they had to replace rotors and brakes all over again. They handed me all the materials and said I should bring this back and file a complaint ASAP for how dangerous this could have been because of whatever fake brand rotors and brakes they use. also the amazing new brakes and rotors I just had put on after 3 weeks I also paid $390 LESS THE SECOND TIME AROUND. I didn’t even go back and waste my breath trying to get a refund. I just ate the money and will never go back there again. I truly hope somebody reads this and doesn’t go there for anything. THEYRE A SCAM."

"Please Don't go there. Gave for annual inspection. They changed the brakes, telling that the inspection is not passed. After two days I went back again as it started thudding notice while braking. To fix the mess they made, it took a day for them to get back to me to say that they haven't fix the issue (even the online updates had no progress). I said I need to the car to go for an appointment. Orlando is the guy, so rude, saying that, take the car and go even without diagnosing the problem. even after 24 hours, there is none looked into to what the issue is. I'm not using this place anymore. My First and last visit."

"Like every other review has stated , it's an absolute rip-off. Car was leaking oil and made the mistake of telling them even though my car is under warranty I couldn't wait the four weeks since none in area could take me earlier. So since they knew I was stuck, they jacked me for $1800. I checked the parts with jeep they listed on my receipt. They were charging three times the price for each. And then tried saying I need new breaks and rotors that would be another 1200 even though I had them checked three months earlier and was told they're good for AT LEAST another year. Absolute rip off. You would figure they would close, but since pep boys owns the place, they're not going anywhere. I will never come here again."
