"I wish I could leave 0 stars… I’ve had bad experience after bad experience at My Market. Their cashiers are extremely unhelpful, inconvenienced, and overall not happy to do their jobs. During my last two trips to the store, both cashiers couldn’t even muster a hello. Even upon asking a question I was ignored or received a scowl. I fully understand dealing with the public can be difficult. However, an attitude will warrant an attitude. I at least expect some basic politeness. I will not be shopping here in the future."

"I wish I could like this place Because it's so close and convenient but I only go here in a pinch. I have gotten food poisoning from eating the produce from here twice. I find that you pay a lot of money for moldy products that are not fresh compared to other markets."

"Emanuels was a great grocery store; My Town Marketplace is not. The previous managers/owners made the store easy to navigate, had quality products, took requests, had a friendly staff and always made me feel respected as a loyal customer. I actually looked forward to shopping every Thursday, which I did for over a decade. The new management is impersonal and won’t even talk to me if I have an issue. I have started to drive the extra miles to go to Adams in Kingston since they are kind to their customers and generous with the community. Wednesday nights are 10% off the entire purchase. Maybe my new nickname will be Wednesday instead of Thursday."
