"This company has been difficult to deal with. The only bright spot is the driver who actually delivers our mats, who is professional and friendly. The billing department messed up our bill for months and could not understand that the issue was on their end. The sales rep made the female employee he was dealing with feel belittled and she felt she was being ignored because she's a woman. When I, the owner, stepped in and spoke with the supervisor, my phone call was returned. Mike the rep was hostile and avoidant of me asking to cancel our mat service. When I started to yell on the phone because I'd had enough, he asked me to be professional to which I replied that I do not have to be. While these mats are nice to have in the store for the winter time and rainy days, they're not worth the hassle of actually dealing with the apathy and incredulity of the people in their employ."
