"Service includes almost outright hostility. I go there and ask for a bagel with extra cream cheese. This costs 5.40$. I don't say anything about the fact that the DD on 208 charges 3.40 for the same thing. I'm handed a bagel with a light amount of cream cheese so I politely ask for this to be fixed. This woman tries to just hand me some more with a knife to do it myself. If that's what I was willing to do, I would have spent about 2 dollars and bought my own bagel and my own cream cheese. So I ask for it to be remade and she gives me the most obvious "I hate you" looks. They're already overcharging and they still don't want to do their jobs. If you get there in the morning they don't have bagels at all. Classic Gen Z,-run establishment, it is obvious they're meeting their diversity and LGBT quotas but they can't be bothered to do the job they're hired for."

"This place is ridiculous. Haven’t even been here in YEARS but I know you can’t call this store because when you try to call this store, a number for corporate is listed. When you FINALLY get a hold of this corporate person, they give you a number. Only this number isn’t for the store, no, this number is for some random guy who USED to work at this store OVER FIVE YEARS GO and for some reason no one at this store has ever questioned why the phone hasn’t rung ever. The guy seemed nice, kinda feel bad for him. Constantly getting calls from angry people looking for this store, people calling about follow ups on job offers…oh yeah, I’m the guy. Awful. Cant get in contact with anyone about this so I figured I’d try my luck here"

"I have never been so disgusted before in my entire life. I stopped in this Dunkin to get an iced coffee and a doughnut. First, they gave me the wrong doughnut (which is fine, I’m not a picky person I don’t like to be a hassle). Second, and the reason why I’m leaving this review: the iced coffee I got has BLACK MOLD in the ice. This is appalling (see photos). I’ve been to hundreds of Dunkin locations across the country and this is absolutely the worst thing I have ever seen. This is a major health hazard. I am disgusted. I only noticed the mold when I got to the bottom of the drink. I feel sick to my stomach."

"This is what you get whenever you ask for a little bit of butter or light on the butter. I have a handful of jeans that are ruined because of this small request that is so unobtainable by any dunkin employee. Sticking to Starbucks, where your jeans stay clean. It’s no stars for me."
