"I have tried to cancel my membership so many times but this is not the first or second time they have continued to charge me for something I was told was canceled. Thief's and would give 0 stars if i could. They refuse to do refunds for any of the stolen money and honestly I would never start using their services had I known they would steal money from me."

"Never going here again. I never even realized I signed a “contract” because one was never presented to me. They supposedly submit payment a full week before it comes out of your account and fail to mention that when you’re signing up. The products are all marked up and double the price you can buy online. The only good thing about this company are the ladies that work there."

"The staff is absolutely amazing without a question or a doubt the problem lies within the company itself. It's a corporate company and is run by corporate measures. Meaning that if you do not tan with them every day on a regular basis you cannot tan the full time when you come back Inn. I stopped in today to tan and was going to be charged full price for the appointment but could only lay 5 minutes in a 10-minute bed. My usual place close early today and I needed to tan so I stopped in to Palm Beach but chose not to tan because I didn't want to pay for a visit and only get half of the time. I used to be a member there and had the same issues before but I thought the company would change that policy. There are too many places in town providing sufficient competition. Other places in town allow you to tan as often as you want as long as you want. The corporate companies based their decision on what is best for the customer but as a former tanning business owner I know that that is traditionally up to the customer because they're going to do what they want to do anyways. The corporate uses this mentality to make more money for their businesses. Sad because they lost a customer today"

"I was so excited to get my tan on. I went in after dark and there was this nice young lady, who was pushing products. After declining several times, I reluctantly gave in and spent $156 dollars on their sunsational package. 4 products to help with spray tan on the promise of not having to pay first month tanning fee. Then I told the young lady it was too expensive and I didn't want it. She went back and forth with me so I knew then I would contact management. I spray tanned, got my things and left.. Days later I went in trying to reach a manager whose name they wouldn't give. Later, after leaving my name and# and email I got a call from Libby. As far as customer service went, it was in no way formed to make the customer happy or want to return. I'm in the process of contacting corporate to let them know how this site is being managed, but I promise you their are more customer oriented places to tan and value their customers. This was such a let down. In no way was there an attempt to compromise or even consider any option but store credit. Horrible experience, avoid."
