I had a scary situation and an employee Freddie, helped me more than I can type, she stayed on the phone with me and MADE SURE I was ok and and then advised me next steps, until I was comfortable and felt safe! I had my instacart account hacked and the hacker was able to order delivery just to see if I would notice, then would have changed delivery address, email etc....Freddie was no question instrumental in walking me through what to do next....Bravo Walgreens for having Freddie as part of your staff.....!!!!!"
