Rodeway Inn 3601 Brookshire Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28216

"I should have been skeptical of this place when I got to the door and it needed a repair! I got in and the first thing I noticed was how tight this so-called king room was! When I got to the sink, the plumbing looked bad and a big water bug or giant roach came out! I immediately went back to the desk to get my money back, and the chick hollered I couldn't get a refund! Then I gave the key back and asked for a receipt and was told I couldn't get it until 11 a.m the next day at checkout! I was charged $93 dollars for a piece of trash like that and I can see why they have a so-called refund policy! Under no circumstances would I recommend anybody to stay here! You would get rude awakening! I'm looking for a way to take them to court so the $93 dollars she wouldn't refund me will cost them more. The ratings said 3.0 and Fair! There is not a fair rating! I can't do nothing about it now, because I paid cash! But if I can tell others not to waste their time, the place will lose money! And maybe others will see how bad it is and do the same thing! A long post but please don't stay at this place"

"Did write a bad review at first, but looking back, out of the 4 places I've stayed at in Charlotte, it was the second best. The only downside was the spider-like roaches I saw that could also fly. The ladies were relatively respectful and I would stay here again if I had to!"

"Beds were comfy and no bed bugs..that's the end of the positives. Rando walked up trying to sell me stuff while moving bags into room, Killed 5 roaches during one nights stay. Fridge wasn't clean and leaked onto floor damaging a cooler bag(bag was empty), one bed had white crumbs(best way to describe it) on the top blanket, towels were dingy and stained. Key card stopped working at 1030 when check out 11. Had to prop door open while I moved items out and housekeeping came in the room before I was finished. I definitely wouldn't stay here again. The rodeaway inn (concord) is 20 mins away and has 4 stars but I wanted to be closer to our event...never again."

"Had a great experience at this motel. The couple at the front desk were extremely helpful in getting me checked and feeling safe. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and want a lower rate!"

"The front desk couple was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds comfy. I loved the fact that the room was not carpeted. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave. Both of which were clean, The AC worked great and did not trigger my allergies at all."
