They are friendly, knowledgeable, and listen to their patients - which is often not the case in many medical practices. I also cannot shout loud enough about the amazing benefits of Biote hormone replacement pellets! I became surgically menopausal at 40 (now 57 years old), and struggled to find a delivery method that worked, as well as a physician/healthcare provider who would prescribe ALL necessary hormones for women (particularly those of us who lost most all of our hormone producing capabilities with removal of ovaries). "The staff is very friendly. I’m a recent NC resident and this was my first visit. I went in for routine Dysport injections. I have a nerve that sits at the top of my forehead so I chose Dr Harpe just to be safe. The person who I’ve been going to in another state for the past few years is a nurse and she can see by looking at it, where the area is. She was always able to complete my injections without hitting the nerve. On this visit, not only did the nerve get hit, but my eyebrows ended up being terribly uneven. I went back for my follow up and it still wasn’t right. Also, there were not enough injections and wrinkles remained. I held out and went to my usual gal and all is well now."
