"I stumbled upon Bella Chic while on a Google mission to find a place that had the conditioner I was looking for in stock and they just so happened to be just a state over from me. I reached out to see if they thought my order would arrive in time for an upcoming trip if I upgraded to expedited shipping (which was insanely affordable) and before I even got a response they had already packed and had my order ready to shipped within 2 hours. I got a response saying they made sure to expedite it and per UPS it would arrive the next day (which it did).
