"DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CAR! Brought my car to get the usual upkeep maintenance done to it (I’ve never had issues with my car before I brought it to them) now I have NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! Thanks Mavis for being useless, you’re doing great at it!"

"Worst customer experience ever and I'm not one to write reviews EVER! My husband ordered tires on a Wednesday from here and and made an appointment to bring his truck in the following Saturday to have them put on. Upon bringing his truck in they realized they ordered the wrong size tires. Was told the correct tires would be in on Thursday...Called on Thursday morning inquiring when to bring the truck in and was told he'd receive a call right back to let him know. Waited all day but never received a call back, wasted a second day costing him another days work and was then told the tires never came and would now be in on Saturday instead. Called again on Saturday and was told the tires would be in any minute but that he'd have to leave his truck for 2 hours for them to be put on which had never been discussed with him previously (the other Saturday they brought his truck in right away and already had it on the lift before they realized the tires were the wrong size)! Three attempts to give them the business at which they've failed miserably at so he finally gave up and will go elsewhere for tires."

"I come here every year for my annual inspection, tire rotation and oil change. Ralf and the Crew did an amazing job for me. Even after a couple of things that went awry, they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and a satisfied customer."

"They put mini van tires on my 350 passenger van. When I got home I noticed there was a letter in the size missing glad I caught it. Tires load rating was way to low. Called them up they had me bring the van back to get the right tires. Cost me more time sitting and waiting. Plus extra price difference on the only in-stock tires they had that were correct fit. But could have been much worse. Update. Went here another time for truck tires. Called me an hour before said tires were done12:45pm. Showed up 1:45 pm. Wasn’t my tires was someone else’s. So they rushed job it ☹️ never a good thing. Last time using this place very unprofessional. And heard guy at counter make a comment. Ill make it so they can never use a mavis again. Not sure if he was talking about me or not. Horrible place"

"On my home from Philly to Quebec, my brake caliper got stuck. I was really desperate to find a solution and wouldn’t you know it someone sent over to this shop. They took my car right away, and proceeded to replace the rear calipers, the discs and the pads in about an hour. They had all the parts and the time to do this, and that is truly awesome. I can not thank them enough, without them I don’t know what I would’ve done. I was able to safely return and do an 8 hours drive right away after the new parts have been installed. Outstanding service, outstanding quality of work and great parts quality. I was even able to watch the mechanic replace the parts and talk to him as he did it. I would highly advice to visit this shop !!"
