"The lady Robin that works the front deck is a sweetheart ❤️ and has a great personality and got us the best deal she could for the weekend I requested to the back she got me the back the rooms are very nice and clean..I stay here every time I have to come to town..."

"I called ahead of booking to be sure that the room that I was booking was correct and I was assured by first shift that it was so I booked the room. Upon arrival I see that it was not the room that I had seen while booking. But Ms. Robin was a great help and got me into the proper room that I was asking for. She did a great job."

"I'd love to leave a lower review. The front desk clerk canceled my reservation when my husband and I arrived to check in because she apparently has a problem with gay people. The hotel customer service refused to issue a refund or move our reservation to another hotel. I highly recommend choosing another hotel chain and saving your money."

"If I could give this hotel -10 rating I would. Book a reservation from September 1-9 and called 2 different times to let them know my flight didn’t land until 12:38 midnight and I would be there around 1-1:30am and I was told everything would be ok and I could pay for the room when I arrived. I get there and they cancelled my reservation at 6pm. Now mind you I can not answer a phone call when flying. Also this was a holiday weekend and had to search for a motel to stay at which left me in a trap house motel. Not good business at all. Do not recommend Quality Inn or Coice to anyine"

"If I could give zero stars that would be more accurate. I bought a king size bed, that is what my reservation was for. We got a full size bed. We called the front desk and were told they had no king size beds and that we only paid $50.00. That is NOT what I paid, however we were told to address it in the morning with the manager. We had to leave at 6:30 so..The room was not clean, smoke detector was off the wall in a drawer. I don't think that is code. The room smelled like smoke, it was non smoking. The outside door had a gap all around it. Horrible experience and would never book at a Quality Inn again."
