"The sea ranch is an older motel but maintained very well and one of my favorite places to stay. The beds and sheets can be a little damp, but that is to be expected. The rooms are always clean and every person who works there is absolutely great!! They have 2 pools that are always clean. They are located close to everything."

"I had the most amazing time at your motel last week. My room was super clean, very cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, and even when the owners, Greg, checked on me frequently. Great memories at this motel. The pool was crystal clear and the Jacuzzi was fantastic. They had daily room cleaning and brought fresh towels, soap, and shampoo. You did not even get that now at Marriotts Hylton’s and so forth. I cannot wait to come back to this lovely motel."

"Me and my family decided to give this place a try on Friday may 5, 2023 and stayed until Sunday and when we arrive there we was so disappointed the bedding was so disgusting with stains on the sheets and the floor was nasty and roaches was crawling on the walls and to put the toppings on the cake me and my family didn’t have no water to shower with and the office was closed the following day we complained to management about everything and no having water and they said they will fix it when we got back to our room #339 there was still no water and there was No one in the office to assist us and we called the phone # and no one answered and the following day my husband truck window was tempted with like someone tried to break into it and reported it to the office and they was no help. Our room door was so fragile that anyone could easy break in the room. Our whole stay there no one was In the office to assist us the office was closed more than open even on checkout day which was Sunday no one was in the office everyone was leaving there room key on the office door knob and when we called where was never no answered and We didn’t have no water to shower our whole weekend stay And they wouldn’t refund us anything of any kind. Was so disappointed will never stay at sea ranch again and I advise you to take your family else where!!!"

"First time staying at this place, first off I’ll list the good things. The location is great and water pressure is excellent, also access to the beach is right out the door. Cons, the floors are sooooo dirty the bottoms of our feet were black… I found at least 3 cockroaches… and the stains on the pillows and sheets were questionable. We also didn’t get access to the pools because of some testing that needed to be done. The only reason I give this place 3 stars is location and price."

"Been here on more than a few occasions over the years and have always had a good experience. Staff has always been gracious, and the rooms are clean. However, I'm a bit disappointed that they have yet to update the lodgings. I love the easy access to the beach and the private patio with rockers, but unfortunately I am NOT looking forward to another night on the lumpy mattress that we endured last night. I can get past the outdated look, but not old linen and a mattress that feels as if it were one of the original pieces of furniture that was here on opening day."
