"DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH PHONEY BUSINESS! They try to bypass lease and do Air BNB at The Cabana and they are crooks and not to mention the hazards that are in their units! Bathrooms half painted, old receptacles falling apart and sparking due to faulty wiring! You can’t even see out the sliding glass doors because they are so old and don’t want to replace. North Carolina Real Estate Commission is fixing to have a field day with these crooks! STAY AWAY, A LOT of false advertising! They are some better places on the island that are truly honest and you know what you are getting yourself into! You can smell pure septic in the units! The place was FILTHY, but what do you expect when allegedly the “cleaners” or went through my stuff and took what the wanted is the HOW Presidents daughter in law! CROOKED CROOKED CROOKED!"

"We stayed at the cabana condos room 232 for a long weekend through red awning vacation rentals, managed by Palm air realty. The location was nice. However, I would not stay here again. The floors were so nasty my socks were black from just walking the hallway, soap scum on the glass shower door, shower head barley hanging in the wall and the front door wouldn't take much to break in as its barley locking. Parking garage was closed for maintenance, that we weren't informed about, forcing us to park across the street and fight for parking. I called both numbers in my emails to speak with someone about that issue, but no one ever answered. Only one bed was decently comfortable, and to use the 3rd bed you had to pay for sheets! Lastly, there is a restaurant that plays live music until 12 am right outside your window keeping you up. For the amount of money spent on this rental I just expected more."

"Grace was extremely helpful when I rented during the off-season. She was prompt resolving any issues that arose during my 3 month stay and gave me numerous recommendations on local spots to try. I would use her again to plan any future stays in CB."

"Everytime I go to Carolina or Kure Beach, I always rent my vacation rental from Palm Air Realty. We love staying at the historic cottages on site when we fish in the fall. You can just roll your fishing cart to the pier that is not even a block down the road ! I love the selection of oceanfront rentals they have ! They were perfect for our family when we visited the area last summer."
