"Upon arrival our fridge didn't work, neither did our coffee maker. It took 24hrs to get the Fridge sorted. And we had to buy our own coffee maker (which we left for the next person) location was very nice, the place was clean with the exception of the pull out bed in the living room which was very sandy and covered with hair."

"My family and I stayed the past week Ocean Pier 1 room 301. It was a awesome location. Great price. Hope to go back next year."

"Doodoo stains on every mattress(bring your own blankets), Ac unit loud as hell (sounds like a damn hurricane), Only one shower heats up at a time, Fridge kinda broken, no cooking spoons (but five can openers), lazily renovated, tight parking when full. The balcony was nice though and the location was great! Close to the beach that doesn’t get too busy. Pool was nice too."

"Charged me for damages that didn’t occur while vacationing their. I will never book with hosteva again or the ocean pier condos. Bogus management. Word of advice book with someone else if you don’t wanna be charged extra fees and prior damages to the condo floor 2 Room 224. Cockroaches everywhere"

"My partner and close friends rented a unit for the past week here and overall it was very enjoyable. Just a few things need to be addressed however. 1) There was one cockroach in the bathroom when we walked in the bathroom, it may have been a one off but still. 2) The unit itself could do for an update, mainly the walls and furniture. 3) The most important thing that needs to be addressed is the cleanliness of the pool. The pool maintenance person would check the filter and re-arrange the tanning chairs in the morning and that's it, being there for a total of about 5 minutes. The pool desperately needed vacuuming with all the sand, hair, leaves and twigs in it."
