"We rented A2 through a realtor 7/22-7/29 of 2023, we had a guest count of 10, our condo listed could accommodate up to 12 people… and immediately we were harassed by the same lady throughout our stay named Kista, she later identified herself as a facility manager? Although that could not be confirmed with our realtor! She accused my children and husband of “using drugs” and then called the police to report drug use, the officer arrived at informed us the claim was unfounded however the embarrassment still there! She told multiple tenants in the HOA that we were smoking weed, being boisterous and loud in the pool, videoed us while we played corn hole, swam, and even knocked on our door to ask if “ We had any leaks in our unit” I contacted my realtor and was told she did the same thing a few Months ago and was scolded by the local Police for the constant calls! A Few tenants at the HOA reached out to us and told us to ignore her and said she was a busy body! If you are a family looking to enjoy swimming and laughing (not obnoxiously just laughing) this is NOT the rental for you! My realtor told us they would be reporting her AGAIN to the HOA but if she is know for this behavior I’m sure they are already aware! Don’t rent this unit unless you are an extremely quiet family who plans to do nothing but stay in your condo and do nothing!!!!!"
