"Our room was very clean and they decorated our room because I mentioned we were there celebrating our anniversary while booking. Very nice staff, will be returning!"

"Some rooms are renovated and some aren't as much but overall good experience here at the right price point. Would like to try out the building the parking deck is attached to in the future. Although the one next to the board walk is cool too."

"I stayed two nights at Prince Resort in October. The room was clean and the service was good. So, I decided to spend the New Year there again and made a reservation, and I wanted to see the first sunrise of the new year while looking at the beach view. Very disappointed this time. We found not one, but five or five bed bugs crawling on the bed. I couldn't sleep in this situation. I contacted the front desk and asked to change the room, but they told me to pay more. They say they don't even have a spray that kills bed bugs ready. They say we're just sleeping. I was so angry. Several hours passed without any action and we couldn't stay here any longer, so we put the caught bed bugs in a container and showed them to the staff at the front desk to check them out. Our New Year's trip was ruined. While I was going home early in the morning without being able to sleep, I thought that everyone should know about this incident and that it should be made known through the media so that they do not suffer the same injustice as us."

"This North Myrtle Beach Hotel was perfect for couples, if non- luxurious. The pool area, when we went during the week, was sparsely filled with adults and the "lazy river," so relaxing. It's also perfect for those traveling with small children as there are plenty of rooms with well-equipped kitchens & stacked washer/driers! Small table and chairs and a comfy living room with TV and balconette are all part of a roomy unit. Planning our return with grandchild!"

"I usually try to stay on the positive side of things…however during my stay in this hotel it was disappointment after disappointment. First the sliding door and lock to our balcony was broken, next we had a leak under our bathroom sink that soaked the entire floor, and things like that I can over look but the final straw was when my wife and I were laying in bed I noticed something moving on my pillow and when I looked it was a bedbug crawling around. Upon finding this I took a picture and went to the front desk to show the personnel working (it’s 1 in the morning by the way). I told her and she seemed unbothered by this and when I showed her the pictures she confirmed that it was a bedbug and told me she could give my family and I a different room but it will be an up charge for the move. At this point I would like to know how I can receive a full refund because: 1) This is disgusting, 2) I feel that I have paid more than enough for this room to not have to pay more for something that is out of my control, and 3) Customer service like what I have received further shows me why this will be the last time Prince Resort will have my family’s business. I am truly disappointed and disgusted by this establishment."
