"Rocky Point Campground is a wonderful place to stay. The Managers, Connie & Fred, are so helpful & kind. All facilities, bathrooms & laundry are well kept & clean. One of best places I ever stayed. Will definitely go back."

"Nosy twisted tell you what to do and can’t do can and can’t have drunks running the office for the owner. Connie is a jealous person. I think lame but you can judge for yourself if you’re gonna try this place. All I wanted was a peaceful left alone space and because of her jealousy of me I can’t. There is no pool because they do not feel like keeping up the work for it. Going up on rent January"

"After researching several campgrounds in the Wilmington area, I’m very happy that I stayed at Rocky Point campground, The owner and staff are friendly, the neighboring campers are also friendly. The grounds are well maintained as well. The onsite store/grill is very convenient. All for a very reasonable price."

"I don't understand the last couple of reviews for this campsite. The people who run it have always been nice. The location is far away from things, but you have nice privacy and a pretty lake. There is store on site with a small grill for hot food and various items. Not a bar at all. Most everyone keeps to themselves. If you need a quiet place to stay for a little while, I would recommend coming here."

"Absolutely rude staff. My husband and I will be in the area for a couple months and was told that we could get a spot but a month after our so called reservation we got a call and the woman was rude…said they couldn’t put us on the schedule and in the background we heard her son yelling “NO!” to letting us stay there due to our NEWLY/COMPLETELY renovated Airstream being too old. Highly do NOT recommend unless you want to deal with rude people."
