Called and they said the only other option would be for me to take off work since I work all the hours the bank is open and then drive an hour away to make the payment in person, ridiculous. Got charged a late fee even though it was their fault their website hadn’t been working for 2 WEEKS. Absolutely a terrible place to do business."

"If your military AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COST!! Even if they’re offering to reduce your electric bill!!! They’ve been an absolute nightmare to work with. We financed a vehicle through them and they made it IMPOSSIBLE to pay it off. It took us MONTHS to do it and we had the cash in hand to pay it off. Then when we PCSed and wanted to close the account it was a 305639164 step process to get it closed and get our money. I honestly have no idea how they’re allowed to have a whole military base in their name and be SOO un-military friendly to use. 0/10 stars. I really this helps someone avoid the numerous major headaches we have encountered with this terrible bank."
