"I stopped by to purchase something from the ad at the beginning of December for a Christmas gift. I was told, "We don't carry that in the store, you have to order it through us." It was strange to me that an advertised special wasn't in the store, but there was time before Christmas and they said it would be there in a week. A week goes by and I hear nothing, call them and get informed that it didn't show up from the warehouse and that it will be there next week. Another week goes by, and Christmas is a couple days away. I call and find out that the warehouse is out. Nobody bothered to call me and tell me that my order wasn't even possible until after the holidays and even then they aren't sure if they will even get more. Poor business practices and even poorer customer service."
