"The only reason Im giving this rite aid 2 stars, is because of the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful. That being said the pharmacy is the worst I've ever gone through. The staff os rude. They lose scripts, tell you they havent received it, when I watched my doctor send it over. They take forever to fill any kind of script. My daughter had an ear infection a few months ago, they took days to fill her script, when I got there on the 3rd day, it still wasn't ready. Now my daughter has an ear infection again. Ive been calling the store for over a hour, no answer. This is seriously the worst pharmacy. I always end up waiting at least 20 minutes for something that should have been done days ago. Its the worst pharmacy. Im going to start driving into hamburg. Thanks for wasting my time. Again!"

"I am making this out of spite. We called them ahead of time and we asked them if they had the breastmilk alcohol test strips. They said yes. We drove all the way there. We looked all around the store. There were no alcohol test strips. Is it that hard?"

"I attempted to go in for a walk-in flu shot since they advertise the service... I was asked if I would make an appointment instead, which I did for a few days later. I went in for my appointment and was told it would be a wait... 45 minutes go by and I asked if they could still take my appointment. They asked if I could reschedule for another day. I said no... I work full-time and have a newborn baby. I don't have the time to come back three times to get a basic flu shot. This is just one of many issues I've had here. I'm switching pharmacies."
