"They were very unprofessional. The loan officer gave me the complete run around for an entire day. Told me I was approve to stop taking my calls after 3:30 and the next day still no call to later get “ Gary” the branch manager to call me. Also Alona ( however it’s spelled or pronounced) made joke about how much taxes I was paying. Like what did that had to do with anything. I just didn’t like how unprofessional she was. She also made a very upsetting comment when she thought she had put me on hold. I’ve dealt with Henderson OneMain and they was way more put together. Don’t recommend and I’m glad things turn the other way.."
