"I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent experience at your branch person with Sinderpal Bajwa. During my scheduled appointment with a personal banker, I was approached by Sinderpal Bajwa. Unfortunately, the interaction was far from pleasant. I was informed in a manner I perceived as rude that there was no time to complete the necessary paperwork. The tone and approach left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.I have always held PNC in high regard, and this experience took me by surprise as it seemed inconsistent with the professional standards I've come to expect. I believe feedback is crucial for growth and improvement, and I hope this incident will be addressed appropriately.Thank you for taking the time to look into this matter."

"PNC is a horrible bank. Laws are being talked about to prevent banks from doing what PNC thinks is ok. Capital One is so superior. I'm wishing I switched a long time ago, instead of being with PNC for 22yrs."

"Went in the morning for notary service. Agree that I took an appointment in the morning itself before I entered. When I entered in the bank, waited for more than 20 mins for someone to atleast come and ask. No one show up. one person was there and show me three to four times with cross eye but not even stood up and came to ask. I have a personal and business both accounts with PNC, luckily not this location but in different branch. DONT FORGET THAT EMPLOYEES ARE GETTING BREAD AND BUTTER BECAUSE OF OUR ACCOUNT WITH BANK. Lesson learn, always open an account in small local growing bank to get good customer service and stop providing business to this kind of arrogant people."

"We opened a joint checking account at this PNC Bank branch today and had a very good first impression. Our banker Nicholas was outstanding at every step of the process. He was the most professional, polite, and knowledgeable banker we have ever dealt with. He did everything smoothly and explained everything thoroughly. A very positive experience!"

"I went into the Branch and sat down to wait on a Personal Banker on 10-4 around 3:40pm. The personal banker was on the phone with someone which I understand. There was 1 customer that was in the Bank talking to the tellers. I sat in the chair for about 10-12 minutes and no one spoke to me at all. The personal banker walked out of her office made eye contact with me, never spoke and waited on the customer that was there which is correct. Still no one said a word to me. I sat for a couple more minutes then I left. My issue is not a person that worked there Greeted me or even said we will be right with you."
