"Very long story short. I hired Travis to file some papers for me. They never got filed. I was in a real bind with this because it allowed a previous loan company to come after my home and anything else they deemed valuable. His answer to this was to file bankruptcy for me. This was something I have never done and did not want to do!! He assured me many times that this was not the end all for me and was the best route at that time. So I filed. I had a car loan at that time and did not want the car filed. He agreed to not file the car in the bankruptcy. I noticed on my credit report that my car was paid off months ago but yet I'm still making payments. Then it reported that the car was filed in the bankruptcy. Thinking that had to be wrong I disputed that comment. And then called the loan company. The loan company informed me that they sent Travis a form to exempt the car from the bankruptcy but that form was never filled out and returned. So now here I am with not one but TWO forms that were never filed by him. The company has allowed me to keep the car and continue to pay on it but now my credit is showing it lost to the bankruptcy instead of on time payments. I do not recommend working with Travis because apparently he isn't on top of things. I have so much more I could say about how things went down but I'll just leave it at this!"
