"I was grateful for the loan bc I needed the money at the time. But I feel they take advantage of that and charged way too much. Sydney was the agent that helped me. I was not satisfied with her service at all. About 10 months later I paid off the loan and still owed almost as much as I borrowed. That's with all on time payments. I would recommend them but as a last resort. Try the credit unions first."

"I've never had a problem with any staff member or manager at this branch. Everytime I call it rings maybe twice and someone answers and takes my payment promptly. I'm thinking that these bad reviews less the one with the title problem, has to do with making your payment late. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the way you good do business and thankful someone was working late to take my payment after 6!"

"This branch is the worst. They call me excessively (harassment) even though I have already made my payment. The last rep. I spoke with did not have record of a payment I made, even though I gave him the date it was made and the name of the individual I made it to. He still could not find the payment and then stated to me, "it's your credit". Obviously they're he'll bent on ruining it. I never seem to deal with the same person twice due to the amount of turn-overs. I'm so fed up with this branch I wish I never did business with them!! Next stop better business bureau."
