"I ordered delivery; A chicken Cobb wrap and the maple bacon brussel sprouts. Both items were ice cold. The chicken in the wrap was dry and sparse. The Brussels sprouts were shredded when they were supposed to be whole and the whole dish was chewy not firm and crunchy as Brussels sprouts should be. They also forgot the side of dressing. I like to try and order healthy food but the quality here is terrible. I will never eat here again."
"2023 February: Tasty, good gluten-free options, but pricy. 2023 May update: I received input from management about my Feb pricy comment. Yes, they want to supply us with high-quality food, but the problem is quantity. I opted for a large bowl over my spouse's regular sized one only to realize they just put in more cheap base filler. Two dollars for a handful more cabbage or lettuce or even rice isn't worth it. With drinks, it was close to a $50 meal for two. 2023 December update: Looks like prices have gone up again, and there are still line (food and check out) problems, although staff are trying. Got a whopping 6 pieces of tuna on my regular bowl. (That's facetiousness b/c the cubes are tiny.)"
"I love CoreLife, but I have had such challenging experiences with being able to get what I have actually ordered, followed by a lack of action and ownership of errors on their end. Two times ago, I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and a large bowl over the phone. I like to order in person so I can see them make it correctly because I have consistently had issues with getting what I've ordered. The wrap was missing the Caesar dressing and my bowl was the wrong size and missing 2 toppings. I went back the next day and was given a small discount. I understand errors happen, but a small discount doesn't come close to making up for the inconvenience and the amount of food missing from both of these meals. A Caesar wrap without dressing is ridiculous and a bowl missing two toppings is just as disappointing. If management handled this better, I wouldn't be writing this review"
"All other locations was great, the brighton location i went to today, I ordered 1 kids bowl as you can see in 1st pic mandarin oranges mixed with the food, other places put it in a souffle cup to keep it separated, there corn in there but not the correct amount they suppose touse special scoops to have an even distribution, the 2nd pic was a bowl with extra chicken I've ordered numerous times and that's definitely not extra chicken and also had less rice than the kids bowl that was ordered. Just a little disappointed."
"The lady on the food line told everyone it’s not her fault if our food comes out wrong. Awesome. Then the toppings looked disheveled. I would try this place out again, just not this location. Ceasar Salad was good for the cost."
