"Well to start in the process of buying the vehicle the customer service was great.... then I had a couple issues about 2 weeks into owning said vehicle and brought it to there attention and it seemed like they were going to take care of it but here it is almost 2 month have gone by and 3 appointments scheduled and each time the person who was supposed to fix my vehicle could not because someone wasn't there to receive and pay for the parts have left several messages for this person but they are never there and NEVER contact me back so now the problem with the vehicle is getting worse with still no contact or help from this individual most of the employees there are great but they can only do so much and for them I am appreciative and thank you to those who have tried to help but for this individual to not contact a customer that has a known issue with there vehicle that has done everything to try and resolve the issue to not get any contact about when it will be fixed is unacceptable. PS. I AM AN ACTUAL PAYING CUSTOMER. PS. PS. To the reply that getmycarkeys sent to the (not today) review you dont contact customers back about anything unless it pertains to getting your money I have been waiting for over a month now to have the owner call me about the issues I had with my vehicle that I bought from you that was supposed to be fixed by you and still nothing I had to get the truck fixed myself and found out there were even more issues with the truck then expected note for anyone shopping for a car that may read this even if your vehicle has an inspection sticker from this dealer take it to a mechanic that you trust and is certified to inspect it again thousands of dollars down the drain to fix a vehicle that shouldn't have been sold in the condition that it was.
