Arby's

"Drive thru was extremely slow. Only had two cars in front and still took at least 15 minutes by the clock to get food. Worker finally got me the shake machine was broke. If they had good me I would have visited my drink order so I could get done fatter and they could have served other customers faster. Fish sandwich was good"

"The drive through was really slow but that's ok. Would not honor the prices on the board as "I didn't but them up so I'm not responsible" and "no, we don't have to honor it that sale is over." When I said the board should be changed since it's over and they didn't want to honor it "Well againit's not my board so I'm not responsible" again. Since I love Arby's and did not want to give her an excuse to do anything untoward to my food. I shut up and smiled. I will go to Arby's again but not that one"

"Lady at counter did not ask if I wanted to dine in or if I was taking out….did not ask what size meal I wanted nor if I wanted cheese on my roast beef sandwiche….lobby was messy…."

"We stopped at the drive thru and an Asst Manager, named Felicia took our order. This lady gave us the absolute BEST customer service. She was amazing, very courteous and genuinely gave outstanding care to the customers. A quick glance in the bag showed we had 2 sandwiches and the fries we ordered. Unfortunately, when we arrived to our destination, we found that both orders were completely wrong (the fries were correct). Both sandwiches had cheese when only 1 should have. We asked for 1 of the sandwiches to be put on an onion-less bun, which Felicia said we could, but they switched the onion-less bun to the wrong sandwich. Plus, the arbys beef was on the tough side appearing kind of old or like it had been sitting under heat for awhile, which has never happened before. The onion-less bun also was soaked in the cheese on my sandwich but I don't eat the cheese so I could not eat anything but the fries. Lastly, we asked for ketchup, but intead of ketchup we got a bag full of horsey sauce and 1 arby sauce. :( I attempted 5 times to call Arby's to let them know that our orders were wrong but no answers so unfortunately, the great review I wanted to give turned into a 1 instead of a 5. I would give a 10 to the Asst. Manager Felicia for her friendliness if I could, but getting the correct orders and good tasty food is all part of great customer service overall :("

"This place in Henrietta NY They make the best chicken sandwich and all the fries mmmm delicious . The staff are great ,the cooks too. I recommend you to go and taste the great Arby's .. I could eat the two for seven everyday if I could ."
