"This is a very busy location, there is almost always a line waiting to order, but I must say that the staff at this location are generally very proficient, pleasant and fast. Occasionally the dinning room is a bit messy but there is only so you can keep up with when you're always busy."

"This Chipotle is without a doubt the worst location in Rochester. I have never received the correct order. I have continued to be given free rewards for the missing items however, whenever I use the rewards the items are always missing. The vouchers are a waste because the orders are ALWAYS wrong. I am a regular chipotle eater for lunch and at my wits end with this location. The service is terrible (coming from an industry worker.) Do not order online from this location."
