"If I could rate Liz lower than 1 star I would. Prime Lending is fine, but Liz took a slightly stressful experience and made it horrible. She may have done everything correctly but she has a way of instilling panic in everybody, the borrower included. I lost my job after getting preapproved. These things happen. I found another job and we continued the process. She also tried to convince me that "pre-qualified" was the same as "pre-approved". WTH? Sorry Liz, I don't mean to tell you your business, but they're not the same. After demanding to get pre-approval she finally got it done. She makes you feel like she's doing you a favor by allowing you to pay her to provide a home loan. You feel like you work for her. I'm not a dramatic guy, and I don't exaggerate ... I'm in technology sales and I deal with boardroom presentations and daily forecast calls and stress like that. I threw up twice after dealing with Liz on this loan. If you go with Prime Lending (Kelly Ludwick is a rock star) do NOT go with Liz Ciardi. I can't emphasize that enough. Liz, if you're reading this, please know that I'm a Christian guy and non-vindictive. Don't do this to your customers any more. Life is too short to be this way with people."
