"Awful customer service!! The manager there is totally useless! I had an issue that she claimed she couldn’t resolve, so I called another manager and she took care of it immediately! I also had another issue a couple of months ago and was not helpful then either ~ Do yourself a favor and go to another branch!!"
"The sign may say ‘Open for Service on Saturday’, yet there was no service. Not even a hello as they normal greet during the week. Save your time and visit during the week. At least I hope Fifth Third bank on Adrey Kell Rd can provide adequate service during the week."
