"The quality of work was 5 star but I was a little disappointed in the fact that I was told (after I double AND triple checked prior to drop off) work would begin on Monday morning. After coming to check how things were moving along on that Thursday, I was told it haven’t even been assigned to an employee to START work. I was beyond disappointed and annoyed considering I had already gone through (what I thought were) the proper channels to make sure work would start. Considering my vehicle was drivable I felt this was disrespectful and unprofessional for a business to operate in this manner. I had to make arrangements to have a vehicle to drive to work all those days without my car, when in reality I could have been driving my own car! That being said, once I shown my unsatisfaction about the events happening my vehicle was immediately brought in and work started on. After that point things went very smoothly. And I do appreciate the work that was done on my car. So thank you."
