"Neat little tunnel. It’s way closer to the parking lot than I expected. Cool train thing at the top as well. It has a STEEP hill on the approach and the tunnel interior is wet, and uneven. I’d being a flashlight. As well it’s doable with a stroller, but I wouldn’t call it easy."
"This is such a unique thing to visit. The history is so fascinating and looking at the walls that were dug with hand tools so long ago fills you with awe. It's dark and cold so dress accordingly and bring a flashlight. It's a very fun experience."
"This is a really neat place to visit. It is easy to get to. Short walk and you can walk the tunnel. Doesn't take long to do and there is a nice waterfall nearby."
"Had a good time visiting the waterfall and tunnel with my service dog Tigerzilla. The hill was a bit to steep for my dear friend, but to be fair she really needs to do more than lie around all day long. I am hoping this shows her how much that has hurt her ability to do anything now! Tiger and I enjoyed talking with everyone who thought he was a Great Dane! The fall colors were so beautiful on the way!"
"Another side of the road adventure we stumbled upon. Very nice little county park surrounding a piece of history. We walked as far as you could go into the tunnel. It gets so dark you can't see your hand in front of your face. Great thing phone flashlights are in times like these. We also walked the trail over the tunnel. Its kind of rough and not so much to see.."
