My sister worked with the Plating Society to host her meal to ask us to be her bridesmaids. The entire menu was perfectly crafted and each dish was so full of flavor that I could never even pick a favorite. My mouth is watering just remembering each of the dishes! Chef Darian is an absolutely incredible man. He is SO personable, kind, and truly loves what he does, which is apparent in all aspects of his work! I could not recommend Chef Darian, his entire team, and The Plating Society more! It is the absolute best place in Buffalo for a special occasion!"
