"Make sure you bring over 32 Oz of water, Bear repellent, hiking shoes and some food. This is a very difficult hike but it's very rewarding. Walking sticks are optional but honestly help alot. Especially in the fall when the leaves make it hard to keep traction with the ground going down the mountain. If you do the whole hike it's over 30 miles and you will need to camp."
