"If you like your exhaust done slowly and hugely overpriced this is the place to go. Pay special attention to the sign that says 150.00 overcharge from estimate doesn’t even get a phone call. Tried to keep my old converter too."

While this is standard practice I think better scheduling would work to their benefit."
