"A GREAT Bunch of people work here. I needed filters an nobody had it I stopped here an 45 minutes later the man had me my filters. Thats not all then an employee came down where I was an stayed and help me for a few hours he drove me around getting things an when we called it a nite he dropped me off at a motel and the kicker is he wouldn't take a cent for all the time an effort that he an shop did for me an that little store checked on me an helped me more an offered me any fittings that I could use THANK GOD THERE IS SOME GOOD PEOPLE LEFT ON THIS WORLD... THANKS Y'ALL"

"They got me everything I needed to change out my water pump the day I went into the store. The Schenectady location sent a driver to pick up the water pump that they had in stock at their Albany location. The manager at the Schenectady location was very polite and helpful. He even got me extra info from a Ford mechanic on a little trick to get the belt on the pulleys. The prices were very good and the store had other hand tools and things to get any job done. They also had a catalogue where power tools and more could be ordered. Overall very good service and the supplies that I needed."
